We have been contract packing since 1995 and all our work is hand assembly. Within the warehouse we have a dedicated 20,000 sq. ft. packing hall with the capability to run 16 lines. We can store thousands of pallets of components and finished stock if required.
In 2010 we:
- Received over 30 million components
- Packed 2.5 million gift sets
- Collated and packed 1 million promotional sets
- Reworked 2 million items
All year round contract packing work and contract packaging solutions includes gift and promotional packing, clip stripping, construction and filling of display units, reworking, collation, kitting, refurbishment, returns processing and QC inspection.
Our Christmas gifting clients include Body Shop, and Nivea (Beiersdorf) as well as new brands such as Dirty Works. Other major names we work with include Next, Sanctuary, St Tropez and Wilkinsons.
All components and finished stock is controlled by an RF mobile computing warehouse management system. This provides real time stock information for clients and can be accessed via our web portal 24/7.
Our contract packing style is flexible, responsive to change and reactive to business needs.
We are a member of the BCMPA and hold a MHRA Wholesale Dealers Licence for OTC products. We are working towards BRC accreditation in 2011.
